This is at my old high school, Glebe Collegiate! I never had Mr. Overwijk but a few of my friends did. Mr. Cumberland, a physics teacher, always claimed (tongue-in-cheek) that he could draw a better circle, he just didn't want to dethrone the champion and cause drama. Mr. Cumberland was such a great teacher!

Professor Jack Kimbrell was my mechanical engineering drafting teacher at Washington State University (1982). He also taught classes in kinematics analysis and synthesis, and machine design. He could draw near perfect circles all day long on a blackboard. He also wrote the drafting textbook that we used for that class. He was in his early 70s at that time. He was quite an inspirational man.

I love teachers who takes time to tell stories and show something cool. It’s good way to connect with students.
