I think I know why you can't eat before surgery, it's because all that food you eat will fill up make you throw up and the good could go down into your lungs, am I correct?

Yep. Don't want to aspirate food, stomach acid, and chyme into the lungs. Quick! Intubate and get that distal cuff inflated. Oh how I hate being intubated after surgery!! But I didn't mind intubating others to breathe for them. Almost 98% will fight it if conscious at first. [Retired IEMT]

I don't know if it's old anymore, it was a nasal spray called sinus buster, omg it worked really well not without the most insane burning and eye watering. I think they put cayenne pepper in it. It's shockin. Lol

Exactly. Ppl will fake ANYTHING for Clout these days. I could tell it was fake from the beginning. You are caution enough to wear gloves, but then dumb enough to continue touching your eye after touching it for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd time.... Yea.... This video is definitely REAL😑

Great call out! That was no reaper plus it was a faked and inaccurate reaction…there’s no time for a stunned face because the pain is immediate and hits like nothing else. Also,There’s no heat in the seeds. The seeds are attached to the placenta of the pod where capsaicin oils concentrate to protect them.

@@kimberlysevastyanenko3798ight? Plus, those don’t look exactly like Carolina reapers I know. And I live in the Carolina’s and use these peppers. Usually the true reapers are a lot more shriveled and pitted. These might be another super spicy pepper, they just don’t seem shriveled enough imo.

I'm a veteran chili grower, and that is not a Carolina Reaper. Also the heat does NOT come from the seeds. It comes from the chemical capcasin that is produced in the placenta that the seeds grow on. The capcasin oil covers the seeds. If you cleaned them, they have no heat.

That's the easiest way to administer the milk to his eye. Per the video milk and or peanut butter is the best to use after getting the pepper in his eye.

This has actually happened to me before with these exact peppers. My boyfriend and I decided to grow some on our apartment patio. When a few finally grew enough to be harvested, we decided to cut one up and actually smell it, or potentially even try a taste of it before putting it in a salsa. I was the only one feeling brave enough to taste it totally raw. I took one small bite, and it was actually fine. Of course, my eyes started to water. I went to go wipe my eyes, but I genuinely remembered that I had Carolina reaper juice on my fingers and hands, so I literally wiped with my forearm. MY FOREARM. And it STILL SET MY EYES ON FIRE. All I could do was immediately close my eyes (so I wouldn’t agitate the oil on the surface of my eyeball) and run to the sink and put my eye under the tap. I had my boyfriend grab dish soap for me, and I washed my hands like 6 times over before I even considered being brave enough to put my hands up to my eyes again. When I was sure my hands were clear, I washed my eye area with dish soap 3 times. Then I poured milk on my eyes. Waited a few seconds. Went back to rinsing my eyes for another 20 minutes. The amount of fluid that came out of my eyes and nose for the next 20 minutes was deeply unsettling and putrid. Don’t mess around with Carolina reapers. 😅😂

The same thing happened to me when I was 5. I still remember it to this day 😂. It wasn't the hottest Chilli in the world, but it was still hot and spicy. In my family no one likes spicy food so I didn't knew much about it and that I could burn my face too. It was summer. We went to our relatives and while my Older cousin was busy with washing my another cousin's face that fell in mud, I spotted a tied up bunch of red hot peppers just hanging as a decor or something. I went to it and grabbed one of the peppers and opened it up. Then I started playing with the seeds, like, rubbing them on my fingertips, throwing them on the ground and etc. After that I went to eat a strawberry and when I grabbed it and bit it, it tasted kind of weird. It was my first time in my life eating something spicy, so I wasn't sure if u was just imagining or if something wrong was with the strawberry. Then my mouth started burning as fire. I started crying and rubbed my eyes with my hands and they started burning too. Then I touched my nose and face to wipe the years and fluids and all of my face started burning including my mouth. The adults came in running and washed my hands and face off and then applied some sour cream. And it stopped burning. And that was my crazy story 😂 thanks for reading

Milk on a paper towel and a flour tortilla help absorb the oils, Bread works too, but reap burn fades fast. First Rule of pepper handling, Never touch your face or other parts of your body. I know a young lady made the mistake of not washing has before having hit the restroom. And was with ghost peppers.
