You shouldn't have changed the colours depending on the number of cases, but more with the percentage of people infected, because its obvious that the countries with more people have more cases (The video is still very nice, thank you for that :) )

Russia just passed 1 million today. As of now, India is growing by 70,000 per day, the US is growing by 40,000 per day. There is a possibility India might be #1 in cases before New Year (although the US is still all but certain to lead in deaths).

hello wawamustats I have a request for you, first of all I always watch your videos and I love the amount of work you do everytime :) but I realised the scale used on your coronavirus video is a little too big, and since june / july, almost nothing evolve in the map while cases per day are growing faster and faster. what do you think about doing the same map, but with new cases per day? therefore we can see how the situation is developing in each country and it would be way more interesting than total cases :)

Better to show a map displaying number of infected persons per 100.000 inhabitants or something. Displaying just the number per country, makes it easy for big countries with big population to seem more infected... e.g. Luxembourg can never become gray (only about 620.000 inhabitants) even if the whole population would have Covid-19. Infection per number of inhabitants would show better picture, and for big countries (US, Canada, Brazil, India, China, Russia) perhaps divide in provinces/states. Interesting might also be per square kilometer of a country. Bit tricky for Russia (lots of uninhabited Siberia) and such countries with big uninhabited places like Canada... but also might be more giving better picture than this map.
