When I saw the 57 on the front row, I felt bad for the rest of the drivers. They might as well give him the next race win right now 🙂 he is crazy fast!

Man, it's been 20 or more years since I've seen the outlaws run and that was at Perris Auto speedway in CA. I bought tickets for my kids and my parents to see them run at Knoxville this year!

Nathaniel Higgerson Here is an article about it. Bubba & Kyle talked it out. I'd argue that in the future a joint press conference would be good. I'm 52 and thought I had seen the best sprint car drivers ever dirt and pavement. Kyle Larson has proven me wrong. If he keeps this up he will be the goat.

He is on a different level. But watch out for Rico. They are cut from the same cloth and he is getting better. Also the Shark team BA's team is going and Sheldon he is a top driver. I have never seen talent and ability to drive these cars like they do it is amazing. Get rid of NC and televise open wheel.

@@brianlisk6142 Honestly not a huge fan of Indy car #1. #2 I dont care to see him wadded up in a 200+ mph wreck and end his career or worse. Like ive seen so many others do. He has spoken how bad it hurts to wreck in a non wing sprinter or midget. Not sure how interested he is in indy cars. Davey Hamilton grew up and raced 10 miles from me and his wreck at Texas i believe left him to where he can barely walk. I really dont need to see that from Larson. Im betting we will see him run ing the 14 car for SHR next year.. and Tony will make sure he rings the bell at his All Star events every chance he can get. Win win for Stewart and Kyle gets the best of both worlds. Just my 2¢

I spent many years watching the undisputed King, Steve Kinser. I’m 75 years old now. Donny Schatz also had an impressive run during his prime-time. It looks like Kyle Larson could inherit the WoO Championship mantle if he so desires. He has the skill, the machine, and the team. But remember, Larson has never won a World of Outlaws Championship because he has never run the full season. Do you think Larson will curtail his other racing endeavors in order to win the WoO crown? Or will he sign on with another NASCAR paycheck?

When winning becomes a monopoly, fans start to leave. People like to root for the underdog. Long winning streaks go unappreciated. Examples: Steve Kinser, Jimmie Johnson, Michael Schumacher, New York Yankees, S.F. Forty Niners of the 1980s. There are many other examples. Americans appreciate success up to a point. After that come the boos. Kyle Larson is enjoying the early stages of complete WoO domination. Enjoy it while you can. It doesn’t last.

It's obvious Larson has more horsepower to work with than the other drivers. Knoxville is a horsepower track and Larson just stayed on top and let the horsepower speak for itself. Gravel worked his butt off to finish second. Not saying Larson isn't good, just saying Larson has a slight horsepower advantage and knows how to use it.

Horsepower plays a part, but you have to have a car that is set up to run the top as well as the bottom ifyou need it. If you notice Kyles car never fades towards the end.. it gets stronger. That is the hidden magic that only a top notch crew chief provides. Those Ryder engines dont hurt either. If you watch Sammys weekend videos.. as much as i like watching them.. it shows how frustrated and guessing at setups they are doing. Kyle trusts Paul to put the right car under him and 9/10 he does just that. I believe if it wasnt for Pitman being there on the inside of 1-2 on night 2 Kyle probably steals that one as well and sweeps.

You do know Kyle owns Macedo’s team and Macedo drives for Kyle. Silva is general manager for both teams and he is crew chief only when Kyle races. So your theory is that Silva and Kyle spend Millions only when they race together to cheat and beat every other top team out there? And that the WOO wants Kyle to win so they let them Cheat?? It’s not that Kyle is a once in a generation talent, he has put in the time racing for over 20 years, and yes he has the best equipment, with one of the most talented crew chiefs. you surmised they must be cheating.
