kid mccoy, steven regal, doc dean, robbie brookside, danny collins, they were all mere boys when they started in pro wrestling. i watched them all take more than one drubbing. a classic, in my opinion, was brookside vs fit finlay, in which robbie puts on a first rate performance but is done in by finlay's foul tactics.

The bigger, stronger, experienced man sneak attacks at 6:40, and then Mal softens up the Kid's back with lots of body slams and throws into the turnbuckle. Primes him for more punishment in Part 2.

it always amazed me that it was common for brit pro wrestlers to debut at as youngas 16 years old. tne likes of mc coy, danny collins, robbie brookside, or johnny kidd exhibited remarkable skills as well as self-possession as mere youngsters.
