After being out for a little while I really enjoy this tank. I NEVER see them and I kind of feel like its the new 263. Where it's not on the battlefield often so people are not sure what to do with it when they come into contact with it.

Basically is an ISU with a bit more penetration and more hp pool. Tier X has 13 mm less penetration than Object 268 and it's a lot slower, so I don't see the point of grinding this td line when the soviets are clearly better. The good thing however is the gun arc, which will be buffed in the 268 too in the next patch. The armor is not bad either so when it's top tier, many tier 8 tanks will have a real nightmare to go through it.

To me it looks a bit op. But I haven't played any tier X tank destroyer. So I don't know how it compares to the others. Although I face them a lot.

man it's like the object 263 doesn't exist anymore or something also premium will pen that tank frontally while the 263's armor negates almost all forms of premium ammo frontally most of the time

I have a replay I could upload to WoT Replays where I was in a bush 120 meters away from an un-stunned IS7 and he never spotted me. It was in my Strv S1 with a 60% camo rating. Curious as to how I wasn't spotted (Wasn't double bushes either)

QB you are mistaken here because the Obj.263 gun traverse in patch 9.20 will be no longer 6, actually it will be 11.

I'm looking for a justification to get the tier 8 premium, if this allows me to play like how I did when I got the 268 back in 2013 I'm more or less sold.
