I must object! Taking down that Black Shimmy from range was just showing off. Interesting ship but I think I’m done with t9s

It looks as if the Kii and Takao merged into one. No armor, but 8 torps per side, 8 410mm guns, and most importantly, really good dispersion. Unfortunately, with the no armor aspect and in T9, it’s gonna blow in bottom tier games
