It's a replay bug. In the actual game, the turrets are pointed in the right direction but sometimes when the replay of the game is saved that happens.

Not it’s not. It was part of Z fleet that Germany wanted to build(GZ is also a part of it) and The GK you have been H-class battleship but the war broke out before it could be started
