Leander is obviously NOT the first cruiser in the British line that inflicts players with the AP-only playstyle. But she IS the first ship in the line where the ships have the complete package: turrets fore and aft plus smoke and heal, all packed into a nice, stealthy little hull. From here on out the line gets really, really good, and so it's a natural place to stop and explain how these AP shells work, what you want to be firing them at, and how you might want to consider positioning these ships. In this video I'll talk about how I build my Leander, why I fit her out that way, how I recommend playing her, and follow all of that up with a game demonstrating the ship in action.
Enjoy!
