Felt bad for Jani, such a sick run by Christian at the end. You really can't expect your opponent to pick up QQ, 99, AA, and 66 in four consecutive hands heads up. Maybe I did the calculations wrong but if the chances of being dealt a pocket pair are 1/17 [5.88%], then (1/17)^4 [the chances of being dealt 4 consecutive pocket pairs] is 0.000012%??? This is nuts.

Your comment is a little short sighted. Jani butchered his 2p, quads hands and he chose to raise K6o oop pre flop. Sure his opponent got good cards, but if you play like that you're not helping yourself very much.

What is he re-raising preflop? He could be repping ace king spades or a loose ace ten. Not gonna have the ace queen ace jack or ten nine suited etc. Chances of him having the flush were low. Much higher chances of him pairing the queen or having kings. Either way was well played.

I do not understand why they let to participate to this kind of Poker Tournament,the guy like Philip?He is not even aware of the real sprit of Poker Game.Can you imagine that with only a pocket nine he hopes to win ''all in '' ?Yes,bluffing is a very important style of this game ,but not like this..It is very difficult to apply under very unique circumstances..So it's very hard and risky to try it..

in the name of fairness the players should be allowed to choose who the dealer should be it does not have to be an expert somebody who knows the game or simply an average player should be chosen. for example the cook, the park boy, the donut seller outside the building, perhaps a dancer.. the thing is that THE PLAYERS SHOULD DECIDE WHO THE DEALER SHOULD BE. because history told us that in the end the dealer is actually the best player in the house.

How are percentages calculated? With philip with 9, 9 and thomas with A, K, it says respectfully: 56% and 44%. Explain to a noob?

I don't like the way they handle the cards. the dealer could easily manipulate the cards. the cards should be distributed using one hand only and the shuffled card should be placed on the deck, thus only the top of the cards would be touched by the dealer. I have seen and learned so many tricks on how to distribute the cards and I could say that the way it is being distributed could easily be manipulated by the dealer.

If he just called then pushed on the flop who would won the hand. By going al lin on pre flop he gave his opponent 5 cards to catch. I would smooth then push better play most of the time

He can't go back and say he should have just called. Had he won the hand it would be considered a great play. He went all in either to take the hand or isolate to get garbage hands out the way. Good all in, just bad luck

@@alyjulnisce5260 Going all in pre flop wit h 10/10 JJ QQ is stup;id most AKo and AKs will call you. They now get 5 cards to hit. Much better to make a good raise and see the flop, if an A or K comes you can decide if you want to fold or continue if you do not think you opponent has an Ace or a King. But going all in pre flop with QQ most AKo or AKs will call. Now you will give them 5 cards to hit instead of three and you can not fold

Nah, dude. He's thinking from the perspective of Thomas who is trying to make his gutshot straight draw. Usually there are four outs, (a queen of each suit) but if the queen of clubs came it'd be worrying because there are already two clubs on the board-- and some of the time the opponent will have made a flush. So he can only really count on 3 outs. Keep in mind Thomas doesn't know Jani has the queen of clubs. That's what Sexton is saying.
