Johannes Fischbach has been haunting a special idea for several years now: To make the world's longest jump with a MTB, i.e. a world record ! Some years ago Fischi already made test jumps from an 85 meter ski jump and reached a distance of 50 meters. The goal now was to max it out. Fischi's objective: "If I can jump 50 metres from your 85-metre ski jump, then the 140-metre ski jump has to go a lot further!

Johannes Fischbach spukt schon seit einigen Jahren eine Idee im Kopf herum: Den weitesten Sprung der Welt mit einem MTB machen, sprich: Weltrekord ! Vor längerer Zeit machte Fischi bereits Testsprünge von einer 85 Meter Skisprungschanze und erreichte eine Weite von 50 Metern. Ziel war es nun, die Sache komplett auszureizen. Fischi’s Zielsetzung: „Wenn ich von deiner 85 -Meter-Schanze 50 Meter springen kann, dann muss es doch auf der 140-Meter-Schanze deutlich weiter gehen!“

It wasn’t a jump it was a drop so it was an insane drop

I don’t think it was a record though, I believe red bull rampage had some larger ones

@@shemshem9998 i dont think rampage actually has, in last rampage, the longest jump was around 26m if i recall right. you have to consider how hard it actually is to fly so far on a technical side. Fischi even said that under the Prime conditions he had, it is still not possible to jump much further than fifty

@@lengiii1809 Muss dich leider enttäuschen dass da raymon steht hat nichts zu heißen, schau dir die neuen DH WC Videos an da fährt er ein YT Tues. es gibt von Raymon kein Downhill Bike und da er unter Vertrag ist benutze nun mal andere Rahmen und schreibt dann Raymon drauf das ist doch kein Sonderfall sondern gibt es öfters in der Bikebranche , siehe Pivot und DMR :)
