Description of abilities:
Arcane Mastery (P) - after Ryze uses 4 abilities within 10 seconds his next basic ability will be enhanced.
Overload (Q) - lvl 5 - Increased range and speed of ability.
- Arcane Mastery - Ryze unleashes magic missile that can bounce of the 10 enemies
Rune Prison (W) - lvl 5 - Rune prison roots enemies instead of slowing them.
- Arcane Mastery - Ryze seizes enemies in the area around the main target.
Spell Flux (E) - Ryze casts Spell Flux on himself to enhance his next basic ability.
- Overload - runic blast will recast to all nearby enemies around main target
- Rune Prison - Rune prison stuns enemies instead of rooting them.
- Arcane Mastery - Combine effects of Arcane Mastery and Spell Flux on basic abilities.
Realm Warp (R) - Ryze channels for 0.2 seconds to blink to the location.
- Lvl 5 - Ryze uses Cleanse at the start of Realm Warp. Increased length and decrease cooldown of blink.
- Passive - when Ryze reaches lvl 6 (and every minute after) there appear World Rune at the random place in jungle. Collecting it allow Ryze to use enhanced Ultimate once.
Realm Warp (R) - Shard of Violence - Ryze channels for 2 seconds to create explosion at the target area. Explosion deals damage and can destroy walls and bushes. environment regrow after any epic monster respawn.
Shard of Hope - Ryze channels for 2 seconds to open a portal beneath him. Upon completion, Ryze and allied units within will blink to the Spawn.
Shard of Reverence - Ryze channels for 2 seconds to empower himself for 15 seconds, gaining bonus health, bonus armor, bonus magic resistance, increased size and lowering basic abilities cooldown.
Shard of Betrayal - Ryze channels for 2 seconds to use Shard of Betrayal. Enemy champions in targeted area get mark of Betrayal. Marked enemies become able to damage allys with their abilities and basic attaks.
Shard of Madness - Ryze channels for 2 seconds to use Shard of Madness. Enemy champions and minions in targeted area become berserk for a 5 seconds.

The Implementation of the world runes is actuall so good and Lore accurate. Ryze wouldnt use them normally but since this is Doom Bot Ryze, one could argue he has gone mad

this is actually pretty balanced in comparison. it has clear counterplay and the numbers could be adjusted to be doable and the world rune mini game is also fun and objective based of efficient power budget.

The teleporting realm warp R would be the only change Ryze would need to be an amazing champ for solo Q. No need to teleport minions or teammates. Of course balanced to not be too op. He only needs some sort of mobility to be able to reposition himself in fights and that is perfect.

Well done, this is really well thought out! At first I thought that Rd was useless... but then I realized it can actually be very bad if against an ability based team comp, their abilities can also hit each other! It's hard to imagine you'd intentionally hit your ally with basic attacks... But with abilities? oh boy that's scary! I'd like to imagine an Ally Viegar ults his team mate xDDD Or an Ekko "Running away with his R" only to kill several of his team mates! XDDD That sounds mental!

Riot should take notes. The use of the World Rune’s in his ult is so well thought out and great. I’d love for riot to someday do the same thing! Maybe you could have more than one world rune, but have access to only three or four per round or have to choose which one’s you’ll have for that round only and the rest disappear after collecting the three or four you want. Having all 5 would be too overpowered.😊❤

RR - Activate all world runes, which create a wide area around the user slowing targets inside and then explode after summoning a rainbow beam from skies, destroying everything in its range even the ambient, terraforming into a huge crater. This could cost all Ryze's mana, but, since it's a MOBA, could give him increased mana regen for 5 secs after releasing this skill.

The Betrayal state as a CC is original, would be interesting to see it in-game. It wouldn't be a hard CC but it would be very effective in teamfights. The rest of the rework is nice, although Ryze would kinda lose his battlemage identity without the Q reset passive.
