Not to mention, that fundamentally isn’t how air defense missiles work they aren’t ever positioned behind the city they’re trying to defend to intercept targets so it’s not really possible that one “fell out of the sky” and landed on the hospital.

Who cares what someone who bombed a children’s hospital says. They attacked Kiev with missiles and one hit a children’s hospital. Thinking that it was an air defense missile (which wouldn’t be positioned to strike Kiev) or some other reason is completely illogical and frankly just stupid.
