It’s no secret that Qatar QSuites are considered the best business class product available today. Each suite features a lie-flat seat, a 21.5 inch inflight entertainment screen, plenty of storage, and best of all, a closing door for complete privacy.

Nicely done review, your calming voice and music choice were nice too. Seemed everything came together on this flight. And you return to a clear day in Chicago, how often does that happen 😉. I recently flew Qsuites from DOH to DFW and had a nice flight as well. Having a good flight attendant helps too! Thanks for sharing your review.

It’s been my dream to fly Qatar business class since the airline is rank #2 behind Singapore Airlines. I have flown business class in different airlines and services differ greatly. I’ll be flying Qatar 350-1000 business class roundtrip from LAX to Sri Lanka, layover in Doha. After watching your fantastic video on the Qsuite, I am so excited, and can’t wait to board. It’s great value if you have the miles. I paid full fares and yes it’s very very expensive. But it’s ok I am paying for the experience for the top notch service/food. I subscribe to your channel and look forward to your adventures.

I'm excited for you to experience it! If you're traveling alone, I highly recommend a backwards-facing seat so you'll be closer to the window. It's funny how getting a great flight experience is now one of the highlights when I travel, and it sounds like it's the same for you. Have a great trip!!

I’m glad you’re here! Welcome!! With award flights, I always book one way because it makes it easier to find availability and it increases flexibility. I flew Ethiad (was supposed to be the Apartments but was upgraded to the Residence) on the way over and then toured Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha before flying home on QSuites. Both flights were incredible, and by splitting up the trip, I got to experience both 😅

Firstly thank you so much for this review I just recently did a redemption for qsuites to Qatar and back and the wife and I are so excited! I see you enjoyed the food and I was wondering if you know if they made any concessions for those with allergies? Just a curiosity. This was great and came at a great time love your content!

I'm excited for you to experience it! As you can probably tell, I truly loved it!! I am not sure about allergies, but given how amazing the service is, I would think that they would handle those things really well. The flight attendants are very invested in making it a great experience for you, so hopefully they will accommodate you. I would love to hear from you on how it goes! Enjoy the trip! :)

I took the same flight last November. Doha to Chicago in the morning.. It was a blast. 15 hours went by so fast. I have to ask though, was there a Laderach chocolate served before landing? That chocolate was superb!

Isn’t it funny how 15 hours can fly by in QSuites but seem like an eternity in economy?? And I was so full by the time we landed, but was still wowed by the chocolate 😄

Thank you!! 😊Yes I transferred credit card points into Qatar. I actually transferred to British Airways first, and then from British Airways to Qatar (since they both are part of the Avios network). Hope this helps!

Watching your video makes me think I should have flown Quatar instead of Turkish from Capetown to Dublin instead of Turkish. Turkish gave us 2 free night in a 5 star hotel right opposite the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. Including Bed and breakfast. Quatar sadly only gave us 2 hours between flights so we opted for Turkish business class for the same price

Well, Turkish is not quite as nice as Qatar (I am working on a trip report right now for my recent flight with them), but I did really enjoy it. And I think you made the right choice if you also received 2 free nights in Istanbul at a 5 star hotel. Hopefully, you'll experience Qatar next time!

How does the bedding compare to Polaris bedding? I’ve found UA to be the best I’ve experienced, in that category. Next month I’ll get to try AF, VN, and JL biz classes. Can’t wait!

I liked the Qatar bedding better than Polaris, but the headrest does make the lie-flat position slightly less than completely flat. Have fun on your upcoming business class flights!!

I've never seen anyone give QSuites a bad review, so I knew you would have a great flight. What was really striking to me was the vast difference between your recent Iberia flight and your Qatar flight. While it certainly wasn't the fault of the cabin crew that Iberia downgraded you, the cleanliness of the restrooms was certainly their fault. The bottom line is that there are a handful of airlines in the world that take hospitality seriously and then the vast majority of the rest who only pay lip service. I am happy for you that QSuites met expectations! $78/70,000 points is a great value for this flight.

Yes, it was soooo much better!! 😅😅And I agree with you that only a few airlines take hospitality seriously, and it makes such a big difference. I felt like the flight attendants genuinely cared about me on this flight, which I realize sounds a little crazy. But that's how well they did their job.

I’ve been a regular Qatar QSuite flyer for a few years now since I work out of the Middle East. The experience is slightly better on the A350s because it’s a noticeably quieter aircraft.

That's great that you get to fly QSuites regularly. It's made going back to the standard airlines a little painful for me haha! I've heard that the A350s are quieter, and hopefully I can experience it one of these days, but not sure when because they don't fly them on my usual route
