Most of these are done through really good editing. Example: They have two separate videos for the glass/ cake one. They have a video of him pouring water into a glass and they have another of him cutting a cake that looks like a glass. They put the videos together in such a way that they look like one video, but in reality there are two videos combine to hide the fact that there are two videos that were shot at different times.
