Idk. People keep making resident evil movies but they decided to make their own version. Like Welcome to Raccoon City. It looks more like a fan-made or parody movie than a movie adaptation. All the characters there don’t even look like the ones we know in the game except maybe Chris Redfield. Milla Jovovich’s Resident Evil is the best one I’ll admit. But there’s too much action scenes than horror while the game was a survival horror game. They also made Wesker work with Umbrella instead of a narcissistic guy who wants to rule the world. And they just made their own movie. And now the series. They completely made their own show set in somewhere in 2020/2022 with a new character with only Wesker in the show. Albert Wesker looks literally nothing to the movie counterpart because they decided to hire a black actor to play as him. (Fyi I’m not being racist. But if you want a movie adaptation of a video game, just do research first before making a movie out of it.) And I don’t even know if I even want to count the Resident Evil Netflix series as Resident Evil. Because I don’t see anything related to the game.
