Roller rinks used to be big back when I was a teenager! They need to bring roller rinks back!!! It's so satisfying to smoothly roller-skate around the roller rink and to watch others! ⛸🎛🎧🎷

Idk bout you guys but here in Tucson AZ skate country (our local skating rink) is actually doing pretty good, especially since COVID isn't too much of a problem.

NAPTOWN REAL ROLLERS hands down! They are immaculate! Seamless grace and smoothness with a fresh old school groove that is rarely seen anymore, yet timeless in it's quality and extremely creative! Very romantic! It's like they're telling a story with their skating.

Going to the skate rink on a Friday night was the highlight of my childhood. We had a guy that worked there who skated as well as this, (he was on a team) about once a hour he”d come skate with us and that was the highlight of my highlight. He was magic in those stakes, moved in them like they where a part of his soul. Thanks for posting, I need this reminder of grace and beauty.

I loved watching the different groups from all over doing their moves in sync. There all so good. But when I saw that change of formation move at time marker 1:40 I was very impressed. Shout out to "Da Ones"!

When I was 12 my brother took us to Rollertown and I fell so many times my knees were black and blue for months, I never went back. These groups are really amazing, I love the the smooth beat.

Man I miss skating soooooo much! The skate culture in Arizona is almost completely nonexistent! I miss Skating on Sunday nights at Skate King in “The Lou” aka St. Louis.. Thank you for sharing!!

Damn good to see people still having fun and the skating ring still popping. I live in small town arkansas and I'm not very old but the only skating ring within 50 mile radius that I used to go to as a kid died about 6 years ago or so. It was pretty sad to see as that was the single reason us children ever looked forward to the 30minute drive to ft Smith (biggest town in my area)

I'm about to buy some I'm so conflicted haven't skated since the early 2000's before skated half my life best exercise and fun around I'm from Southern California and my city closed our rink down that use to Crack now we just have wacked spots my Uncle drives to Long Beach a lot to skate his old a** been skating before I was born and I'm 40 😂😂😂

I grew up roller skating back in the 70s and 80s. I used to know all the tricks, dances, ect. When I was a teenager would go to all night skates. Practically worked at a rink when I was young. Great memories! Fun to watch now! Awesome!👍

Literally just got back into skating I'm 21 now last time I was skating I was like 9 lol but love these videos definitely trying to get to this level. I literally just listen to music while skating around in the evening/night, it's just freeing and good for the soul. These videos are definitely motivational

So soothing to watch and, honestly, I wish I were young enough to join them. When I was young I could usually get around the rink once or twice before I fell on my keister. LOL I always admired those that made it look so easy. Just beautiful and fun to watch.

But I took the crew steps to the other side of town & the little girls came to tell me, how they like the steps. Took the step to the Southside of Indy and they still skate like they think they're in a freakin' rollerderby.

These videos bring back some many memories, I remember as a kid everyone in our neighborhood skated. It would be 20 to 30 of us walking to the rink with our Saturday fresh gear on to skate. I grew up in Detroit and it’s interesting to see all the different styles. Southern Roll reminds me of Detroit style skating. Nothing but positive vibes, makes me ready to come out of retirement 👌🏾
