Timestamp 6:20- If you go to The City Museum in Chicago, there is an 80 year old ferries wheel on top of the 11 story building. The operator there mentioned that it's perfectly safe, just held together by rust screws and zip ties. When you get to the top, you realize he is NOT lying.
