I think I know why there was a second MasterOv Spinner. What if MasterOv went so fast he went into the past when Rickardo was the highest and found his past self and then became Rickardo creating a paradox? The Rickardo that was there when MasterOv was the #1 on the leaderboard was trying to stop his present (MasterOv) self from becoming Rickardo so he would never defeat his past self and create a time destroying paradox.
