Army back in the day called it range walk. Full kit across the desert about 10 miles for chow, then off to the range for training. McGregor range New Mexico after that back to El Paso. 1988. Carry on wayward son, carry on.

Raphine is definitely a very look large place for sure. I like that truck stop. Terrible fuel discounts for us but a nice place to stop.
