You should know yourself first, though. Setting goals is not for everyone. Remember that what counts is the present, never let yourself be stopped by the stress of meeting a deadline, or the guilt of missing one. Don’t spend a single night planning the perfect time schedule, build it as you go according to your enjoyment, leverage that experience, you need to know yourself and your interest better before making a proper plan or you’ll burn out. Especially if you’re someone who isn’t too organized and are watching this because they want to be. Concentrate on simply showing up at first, and let the momentum of the small victories build up and then the goals will start setting themselves as your own wish to improve starts shining through by its own. This is how I’ve been slowly building a habit of exercising. I started just going to my room one day and doing pushups until my arms hurt and then I stopped, took 5 minutes. As I kept randomly doing that I started getting interested naturally and the feeling of wanting to push myself further emerged.

KZfaq is reading my notebook lol. I just did 90% of this stuff yesterday as part of a larger effort to manage time-blindness due to ADHD and improve my sleep by having a fully structured week. I wrote out different objectives ranked by importance, and decided how much time I want to spend on each one. Then I created a weekly schedule with time blocks for my interests. Sunday has a time block dedicated to "weekly check-up" to review how I am doing with progress and mental health as well as a make-up period to catch up on anything. I also created a week at a glance and set timers in my phone.

I love the visuals of your videos. I got hooked by the title. But I find your thumbnails are not quiet interesting because the text are too many, and the element of the icons don't represent the video. I think you should change your thumbnail into...-I don't know, I think you can figure it out-but you get my point right? You have so much potential to gain many viewers. Subscribed!

@ce9509
@ce9509 2 ай бұрын
1 Let go of the guilt. 2 Check why you missed it - distraction, maybe the work was less important and can be avoided. 3 Carry on as per schedule and get back to the missed bit when you find time. P.S.: Moving all tasks further for a missed task will only start a unfinishable race.

Then find one. Do some internal analysing and figure out what has drawn you in the past. Like a detective you can try to connect the dots and see what everything you’ve ever liked or enjoyed has in common. Perhaps for now, your ambition can be to find what your ambition is… that’s a noble purpose to have as well. I wish you great courage, and the best in all of your endeavours. Cheers
