5 жыл бұрынHere's a full game from World Series Baseball II on Sega Saturn. It's Red Sox vs Brewers (CPU vs CPU) at County Stadium. I just acquired this game, and I'd totally forgotten that it's not polygon-based, and instead treated more like a direct sequel to the Sega Genesis games.
It sounds like the audio gets a bit delayed a few minutes in, which seems to happen quite a bit with the Elgato at these "retro" resolutions" :-/
This was recorded from a US Saturn, connected to a RetroTINK 2X via S-Video. Recorded an Elgato HD60 S.

I remember plating this game for hours a day, no stress or worries back then, good times I wish I could go back.

It's not the all-time masterpiece that is WSB 98, but it's still highly polished and the best baseball videogame of 1996. Impressive how Sega could do this sport better than just about anyone, and I really do miss this series.

This game although 10 out of 10, loved it, had a pitching flaw where you could induce curve just at the last second and literally pitch Perfect Games.

That was a great flaw of the game when playing against your friend its not a bug its a feature lol.

This game was so bad. Lmao ppl acting like its a gem wtf?! The camera angles were absolutely terrible in this game. 1/2 the time the camera didnt even catch the action. One of the worst baseball games growing up…

Name a better Baseball game that was available in that timeframe? It genuinely is one of the best for the time, and it's still a wonderful game of Baseball 🤷
