World Stories is a free resource available to everyone provided by the children's charity KidsOut.

World Stories is an interactive web based resource with more than 150 illustrated stories from other cultures written in both their original language and in English, as well as additional translations. The stories are a mixture of traditional narratives and original prose fiction. It is a resource that is available to schools and parents to support the development and inclusion of children who have English as a second language, and to support the development of their English speaking peers.
