My Favorite of the bunch is definitely Oblisco in Egypt and probably the only one to finish. I'm not sure about the future of Jeddah Tower but I have high hopes for the Oblisco project, it's already approved for 2024 It is a masterpiece that will be in the Pharaonic style

I find videos like this, where the buildings are visually distinct, easier to differentiate between the different examples than the one with the cargo containers, which just look like nearly uniform blocks.

Dubai creek tower needs supports from sides so this way they are achieving more height, so next buliding will take support till far more height to create new record surely.

Because the antennas on top of Sears Tower are not counted as official height but the spires on top of Petronas Towers are. Similarly, at the time Sears Tower was built and took over the world's tallest building title from 1 WTC, 1 WTC was still taller at pinnacle height (including the antenna). The new 1 WTC, though at the same roof height as the old one, is listed much higher due to the point that the spire is now counted. These things have been controversial for years.
