@@drakorex9 B4B supposed to be the successor of L4D but the card system, the requirements to always online, it doesn't have The Director from L4D, the AI sometimes just standing still after out of ammo not even trying to fight back with melee weapon, and no mods support (it bans you if you tried to mod it) making it stricked off the successor list.

It won't be popular for long , it will do well cause its got such a high asking price and they are smart to release it close to christmas , i bet it has a mad blowout for the next 6 months , then the price will drop hugely as will the player base down the line

@@denimschaffer9439 To me 40 is still pretty steep , i agree 60 $ is a lot of money for a game , i know back 4 blood let people play on the beta as a taster but its a shame games don't offer a demo play anymore like they used to back in the day , let you play the game for an hour lets say to try before you buy

@@wolverak3766 That isn't necessarily a bad thing. Back 4 blood was supposed to keep the formula similar to l4d but it changed up so much to feel like a generic zombie shooter with no uniqueness of its own.

The AI is pretty good and they usually come from semi-random let's say parts of the map. They are not just spawning in front of you, rather than behind bars, cars and barricades.

They definitely have patterns but the patterns are always random and depends on how you play e.g. if you move slow/fast, if you stick together or like to run off from your team, if you camp/keep moving point to point. For swarm sections especially there are determined spots where the screamer will spawn.

There are still lots of third person game out there but mostly action game or rpg rather than shooting game since there are more things to show(skill effects, equipments or current status) . On the other hand, shooting game is weird to play in third person mode, since there is not much to show, the only things you gonna look for is the gun. But wwz done this right by having fpv mode for shooting and tpv mode for melee, which is a very good balance in terms of game mechanics.

You get the option to choose first person or third person.

@@funnds I disagree , i think personally its better withought , on such a fast paced horde game like this , you don't want sights , that's one of the reasons l4d has such a nice feel , if you basically want this with sights you have back 4 blood coming soon , this is a nice little alternative in the meantime and be fair , they gave the first game away on epic for free for everyone for a while , so plenty of us got some fun out of that for nothing
