I don’t get why people are saying Death I Deservioli is super anxiety-filled compared to this. Death I Deservioli practically cheers you on, World Wide Noise sounds more troubled than Deservioli. It’s playful, like the Noise, but the notes don’t sound like you’re an absolute boss. Yeah, you’ve got guts for going into Lap 2, but clearly the game knows why you’d want to go into Lap 2. You want to do things PERFECTLY, and the catch is that, even if you’ve done it once as Peppino, the pressure is on even more because you gotta get used to a new control scheme. (SPOILERS FOR ENDING) If the “Reviews are in” screen is any indication, the Noise is nervous about putting on a good show. Even though he seems to not care about much, this music is as if to say he feels the risk of failure in front of a large audience in his aim for a perfect performance. And as the player, you certainly feel some pressure while aiming for a P-rank.

His other ending screens illude to this idea because if you get a low tower score, Noise breaks the fourth wall and blatantly threatens to kill you; he's PISSED because you fucked up and made him perform bad, which is bad for ratings. In his other judgement screens, hes prone to blaming other things around him to avoid criticism from his fans [blaming Noisette, etc etc]

Death I Deservioli feels like a Victory Lap, you prove that you can do it, and try do it again with a worse time limit, despite your better judgement, because you want to prove to the world that you deserve this acknowledgement. World Wide Noise feels like a Neurotic Desire to get the perfect run, in one hand Noise is having a lot of fun (most of the theme is very playful), but in the other hand, he's feeling the pressure of his ratings.

Honestly, *in my opinion* Mr. Sauceman did better tracks for the update. Impasta Syndrome and I Need A Noise both go HARD as hell. No kidding, he even made lyrics for I Need A Noise. Jitto's music is pretty good too, don't get me wrong, but some of his songs, for example these three he made for the update, have some pretty lame composition. He's good using samples and shit, but his melodies are pretty lame and lack soul. Also, I'd say the instruments he uses sound weird too, but I don't think that's valid. But yeah Jitto has indeed done pretty cool music. I personally love Good Eatin' and Oregano Mirage, those go hard.

Noise is extremely bouncy with his tornado move and wall bounces, it feels like he has INSANE potential for speedy runs (esp since his moves generally have less startup/endlag than Peppino), but he’s so wacky that it’s hard for me to use him lol

Noise is the type of character that has a slower top speed but much faster acceleration (Peppino's dive can allow him to continue speed perfectly as well as jumping off walls to maintain speed. Noise's impact with the walls causes him to stop any speed faster than mach 3, but instantly accelerates to mach 3 while his tornado move plunges him straight down rather than at an angle. The Mort sections of fun farm are definitely slower since you can't spam attack)

noise is slightly floatier, but mostly has better burst movement options like his super jump and 85 ways to reach mach 3 instantly
