Even when I used to be a beginner conga drummer but never had the sticky hand syndrome such a good thing! As a professional conga bongo drummer just want to thank you for helping me when I was starting congas & bongos! This was way before I was a member of KZfaq & appreciate all you not only did for me but now for the others starting as well.

Thank you for all your awesome vids. Great help! Do you have any resources on the bougarabou? I've heard it's played similar to the congas but slightly different. Haven't found anything online so Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

My teacher told me to image that I'm doing a karate chop when hitting the conga. He also uses the heel toe. Do you use heel toe for palm finger strokes?

Hi, I have a 11 inch 30th anniversary conga (quinto), my head got damage. What tycoon head would you recommend for this conga? The reason I am asking, tycoon does not have the black original conga head. Thank you for your advise .

Even though I have grown callus over the years I still use tape (that I re-use) to protect my fingers, nothing wrong with that.

Play 1 conga first until your body adapts, and your technique is effortless. And shea butter is the greatest

“Sticky hand syndrome” is actually called a closed tone and every tone is important.
