The US was not even remotely as committed during the Korean war as they were in WW2. The peak US force in Korea was no larger than 300,000 troops. In comparison the Chinese peak strength was over 1.4 million people. In Europe the US send several million troops. Even with that huge disparity in numbers the Chinese were defeated multiple times despite their superior numbers and the war ended in a stalemate not a loss as you said. In Vietnam there were no Chinese troops in any meaningful number. The US was undefeated on the battlefield.

In this technology era of drones, robots and very advanced hi tech, the quality of the men will determine the outcome. Chinese PLA personnel are now 50% plus university graduates and undergraduates. Only fighter pilots are recruited among high school graduates. The US armed forces, are in the main, high school drop-outs. Not to mention Chinese IQ is among the 1st tier and US attains 3rd tier IQ, only because of Asian, particularly, the 1st tier Chinese, Koreans and Japanese.

US started with dreams on rail gun, hypersonic missiles, magnetic catapult, 5th generation stealth fighter jets, stealth destroyers, etc. China has been able to realise all these, while the US has given up on almost all these. Bear in mind, both Rideway and MacAurther had concluded after the Korean War, it would take any insane US army to fight against China.

The first EMAILS on an aircraft carriers were on the Ford-class and currently the only active carrier to employ such technology. America was the very first nation to have stealth planes and the first to have 5th gen fighters. The US is the onnly nation in the world to have 5th gen fighter for the navy. The Zumwalt is the first and only destroyer to have full stealth design. Neither has rail guns. So America is the only nation to have every single tech you listed before basically anybody else and in some cases, the US is the only nation to have these weapons in active service.
