The biggest problem with AEW has always been Tony Khan. He's the son of a billionaire with no idea what he's doing. He'd rather be everyone's friend instead of being a boss. So people like Punk, the Elite, Moxley, and Jericho know this and use him like a puppet. If Tony Khan grew a spine and a set of balls, he's put people in their place for the best of his company. Punk vs the Elite could be the biggest money-drawing match in AEW history, and he refused to book it. Even more so during the "Biggest wrestling event in history." So until Tony becomes a man or gets people to handle what he can't the inmates will continue to run the asylum. Doesn't matter if they sold 80k tickets to Wimbley if all of his talent fight with each other like children.

Aew was never that good. Khan is a fan first, business man last. Everything about aew is about being antiwwe.

The worst part of AEW right now is the fact that everything is SO bad but Tony thinks everything is perfect. It's concerning that he doesn't see any of these issues

AEW booking is just so terrible and Tony is proof having a mark book your show is bad for business. The lack of ring psychology in AEW is why its really an after though, no selling flip and super kicks

Collision is the better show hands down. Dynamite is suppose to be the flagship, right? Doesn't feel like it.

You know what Danny, this whole situation just reminds me of when Hogan/Eric showed up in TNA/Impact and I just get depressed. Tony needs somebody credible as a booker and let them handle it. Its seems like soon as he got ROH he lost the narrative to be a boss and its been downhill from there.

Yea 2023 has been the most inconsistent year for Aew so far. The build for all in has been basically non existent. I guarantee you if wwe did this for their build to summerslam the iwc would be in shambles. Tony is such a mark that he was basically forced to split the roster and make a whole different show separate from rampage and dynamite just to keep someone who disrespected his evps. This just goes to show Tony needs to hire someone else for booking and stay away from it entirely

Since April I just dip off AEW, I went to a live show they came here my hometown. I can't barely watch it anymore, almost 2 months and I watch it and just put me asleep. Me, little brother and my dad we just can't watch it anymore .

The thing about Tony Khan is he never was raised in the business. There is a difference between being in the businesses than being a fan. And to me Tony Khan was always a wrestling fan who now has his fathers money. And started Aew and he doesn't know how to book or manage a wrestling company cause he never been actually in a wrestling locker room with the boys. At least with Vince Wwe been around for years at least the 60s with his Father running it. And Vince was raised and worked in wrestling as a commentator before running things when his Dad died. And Vince had guys like Pat Patterson help him. Tk has nothing but legends in the business backstage and doesn't even have them help him with creative or booking. To Tk his mind is booking matches and dream matches. When great matches are important you need story lines to draw people in and wanting to keep watching cause they want to know what else is going to happen

They dropped the ball with all in card Tony Needs help Booking, they got this amazing roster but they're avoiding all the dream matches.

Tony Khan has the Tyler Perry problem, where he has no writer's room. If he had a writer's room, these booking issues wouldn't exist as they currently are. A few months back we heard that Tony S. And jericho were is right hand. I'm curious if he is even listening to them at this point or if he needs to put someone in charge of dynamite he is too busy because they would have told this all in/our lead up is lazy.

This last episode of Dynamite pushed me over the edge. I'm still a AEW fan, but changes definitely need to be made. The card for All In is weak sauce. The Bucks need to man up and work with Punk. That is the major conflict that everyone keeps talking about. Not MJF and Cole. Not The BPCC. Not Jericho. It's The Elite and CM Punk. That is the money fued.

what they couldve done is: had a no.1's contender w/ hangman vs whoever with a chance to fight punk or MJF on the line, have pockets vs moxley for international title, jericho vs sammy and they couldve had bucks vs acclaimed no 1 contenders for FTR while FTR vs juice/white 3 couldve happened. They couldve even had eddy vs claudio or omega vs claudio for roh belt..... but you idiots wanted to buy the tix beforehand...welp...see if you can sell them and good luck 😂😂😂

My only issue with this is you putting all of the drama on punk. This was all there before he got to the company, Cody left for a reason. Is punk blameless? No, but he’s not the sole cause, he was just the first with the balls to stand up to a certain click headed by evps for it to all get out in the open. If he left these issues would still be in the locker room, it’s just the ones that feel the way he does would be bullied into silence.

Fyi, according to the Law, a private locker room is considered like a home. 3 EVP's and a legal representative forced their way into that home, which is criminal. Punk reacted in self-defense being confronted 3 vs 1 (before Ace came in), and you called this an assault by Punk? No Courts in the USA would hear this case as an assault by Punk. On the contrary. Punk knows it and that's exactly why he is still in AEW. He could easily make 20M$+ if he chooses to sue AEW. Also, everybody involved in "Brawl Out" had to sign a NDA and can't contact the other party. Chris Daniels was involved, so he can't be in contact with Punk and Tony sent him home last Saturday. My gma is the pioneer for my family being wrestling fans. We've watched WCW, WWF/E and other shows at times. We've been watching AEW since 2020 and for the past 2 weeks, my gma has said its not good. She said tonight's show was horrible especially the Chainsaw Match. I missed the end of that one but i heard Leatherface came out and nobody won. When I saw Tony Khan appear on screen, I said to myself, he's finally a character. Will he keep it up or was this a one off?

CM Punk is likely AEW's biggest draw, but I think Tony is genuinely too afraid to see what happens in a world where he actually lets him go. Imo he's gotta let him go. Aew has a love hate relationship with me. I love the women they have in the women’s division, but I hate their booking with a passion. I like some of the Talent in the men’s division, but you almost always have to flip a coin on what type of quality you’re gonna get. The inconsistencies and straight negligence are killing the company slowly. They need to create a storyline around a new or upcoming Star that can get them over the hump. It’s easier said than done, but that’s the only way they can save theirselves and compete with the juggernaut that is WWE.

How many successful seasons do have the Jaguars have? Just one in recent memory, the 2017 Sacksonville run, and the Jaguars still manage to screw that up by paying the wrong freaking guy. It was the defense that carried the Jaguars all the way till they lost to the Patriots, and yet when it came to hand out a lucrative contract, it was QB Blake Bortles (who played on the offense, and is a pedestrian QB at best) who got it instead of their defensive stalwarts like Jalen Ramsey or Yannick Ngakoue. I'd say that can be seen as a slap in the face, cause it was the defense that played their minds out, and yet it was the guy on the offense that got paid. It's no surprise why the Sacksonville defense quickly fell apart in 2018, and the players have since gone their separate ways, with virtually none of the players left as of 2023. In addition, the Jaguars also got in trouble with the NFLPA due to the number of grievances filed against then-VP of football operations Tom Coughlin. I think this should be sufficient evidence to prove Tony Khan really has his head up his six when running any kind of operation, and yes, Tony is involved in the Jaguars' football operations even though his father Shahid represents the team in owners' meetings.

AEW has neved been good. They had one hot period that was entirely based on hype from signing ex-wwe talent. They've never lived up to it.

When Australia finally got live episodes of Dynamite on Foxtel back in Mid February, I saw it and did not enjoy what I saw so I stopped watching it. Seeing what's happening now, I can see I made the right choice. I'm only a casual fan of wrestling but still.
