I show you to to wipe or clear the cache partition. This basically deletes temp files. If your Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus is laggy, has errors, acting sluggish or funny, etc you may want to give this a try.

This is the only way to wipe all the cache at one time. There is 👎 ⛔ 📵 way to access the entire cache from the software. You must individually wipe files. Great video and helpful.

Whew, perfect! Fixed my ongoing Do Not Disturb issues. Sure wish Samsung would come up with a more straightforward way though. It's very critical to do this.

Thanks for sharing this. My Samsung s9+ has about 30GB of system data as per an app called Disk usage. I can't access it using file manager. How do I clear up this system data? I have already tried the steps that you have suggested.

hey i wanted to ask what you can do if your device has a bootloop error assosciated with that option at the bottom "lacking storage booting" . when I try rebooting it that way it says "failed to mount /cache/lsb/trigger_lsb (no such file or directory). what should I do if i dont want to factory reset?

Bixby popped up and asked for me to agree to proceed. I did, then Bixby BLOCKED me from using the 3 buttons to turn the phone off! Things like this is why I refused to use Bixby on this Samsung. 😳 I'm having trouble making a purchase bc of these cookies... online where I never had a problem in years! Not connecting, the transaction isn't going thru, but being "denied"? Store says clear cookies. Bixby is blocking. Tried uninstalling. Bixby is relentless. 😡

Hi, I have a note8 I followed the steps after wiping cach partition and reboot now. But the phone keeps going on a loop where it shows the samsung note 8 logo go dark again and start again with logo 5 seconds later.. Any advice? Thanks in adavance.

Get an hibernation app, it will select apps that are draining your battery and suggest which ones should be put too sleep. Google play services checks your apps for anykind of viruses and malicious programs that could destroy your device. You could buy a pro version anti-virus app that keeps your phone safe from those things. Do a little research about anti-virus software and see which one is suited for your needs as well as your devices needs. I myself use norton services which imo is pretty good. They have different plans to suit anyones needs for your phone and your devices at home as well. Hope you find what your looking for, cheers.

U need to go to settings storage and delete photos and/or vids u don’t want then u need to empty the trash bin then this will free up some storage space.

My brother had this problem on his phone all his memory was gone. So I had a look at it and turned out he had loads of pod casts that saved themself to his phone once I deleted them it was all good again. You will have to go into file manager and find the file that is taking all the memory by holding on the file and pressing more info and checking what size it is
