My only (very, very minor) complaint is that I ordered this in bronze and they sent me black. Yes, it should have been corrected, but we were only in country for a short period of time and I didn't want to run the risk of not getting a new one in time. I'm such a fan of Samsung Galaxy tablets that I'd rather suck it up than lose out on having it. In the big scheme of things, this rates an irritant factor of .0000000001 out of 1000. In other words, I'm not looking at the colors when I use it, so I got over it very easily.

The tapping and the button reset combo fixed mine. Thank you.

WOW!! I can’t believe this really worked! THANK YOU!! I’ve been trying to get it to turn on for nearly 2 weeks. I had bought a new charger and tried all the reset buttons but I got nothing but a black screen with a circle showing it was 100% charged. I was about to drive 17 miles to a Samsung store to get it fixed when all it needed was to be smacked around 😂😂😂😂….I guess technology also needs an attitude adjustment here and there.

I tried prying/heating my screen off to replace my USB power port. I started on the wrong area near the screen board(opposite USB port side). It separated the board from the screen and I also had a bubble expanding crack. I just bought a new screen to replace. Plugged it in and blank, and only makes charge sound. After this video, I'll try some of these tricks. Is this tablet this crappy? Smacking, freezer, and massaging? Is there an issue with the spring contacts inside not making contact? Just Did the hold reset. YESSSSSSS!!!!! It came back to life. This thing has stressed me out. I thought it was me. Thank you so much!!!

Yo this worked. I habe been trying to get this thing to work again for a year. It happened once before when I was in tha hospital, but this time seemed final. I beat it, massaged it, beat it some more, reset 10 or so times in between all tha love taps. I was about to stick it in tha freezer and I smacked it real good one more time... It has come back to life. Amazing.
