I dont know why people think the US would dominate sports if they took them serious they take baseball and basketball very seriously yet arent the world champions in either so if they cant even dominate their own sports what makes people think they could dominate other sports?

@@taraishot100 Canada seems to be giving the girls a good run, I told my other half 2 years ago, that rugby and rugby league are going to become the biggest game in the whole world, and it seems like it is moving that way, I hope we dont end up with "money players" instead of "players of the sport".

I wish we could convince NFL players to represent their country and train in Rugby Sevens for things like the Olympics. There is so much overlap in terms of skillset, and I can’t imagine what it would look like if they had someone out there like a prime Marshawn Lynch instead of who we typically send out there.

The USA 15 men's game just hasn't been able to take off. Frankly I fear if Perry tried to stick with the 15's team - we'd have been deprived of a seven's legend.

I grew up playing rugby in high school and club teams at the same time. I am not a fan of rugby 7's. To me its not rugby. Its just a backs game. There's no battle. There's no intensity.
