I have watched a pre season training week for both rugby and NFL and there is no comparison. Rugby is far more intense and physical. I found it funny seeing comments that NFL players have the hardest training sessions than any other field support. There are so many other field sports that are way more intense and demanding than NFL. I have seen NFL players brought in to a pre game training session, who haven't played in months to over a year and then played a champ game a few days later. NFL players are only required to have spurts of intensity whereas Rugby and other sports, your intensity is for 70-80 mins

Hi World Rugby, I was trying to find clarification on a law on rugby but was unable to do so. Could you please help me out? With the "newish" 50:22 law, if the ball is kicked from inside the 50m line and bounces out over the 22m line whose feed is the line out? For example, imagine there is a corner post on the 22m line and it hits that, is it considered a 50:22? My knowledge would suggest yes, because if you kick the ball and it hits the corner post (on the try line) it is considered dead. Could you please clarify or send me somewhere where I could find the answer. Cheers
