That's gonna happen to a degree. If you watch get flanked video on ranked 2.0 or go read the dev blog they explain it pretty well. Point is once you get close to diamond you will be close to your actual skill level, thus losing more and gaining less. Also, bronze players are not getting diamond. Everyone was saying that coppers would be champions when they have no idea how to system actually works 🤣. Just tough through it, I've been going through the same thing
