The chrome 2’s is the shoe that got me into sneaker collecting. I used to watch JB’s old KZfaq channel (basementofjays) and he has one of my all time favorite videos of him rocking these. Truly a classic shoe I still got mines. Not wearable unfortunately

His collection gives me inspiration to restore and revive older shoes to have wearable pairs of the shoe he has. Like he said some people just weren’t old enough to have them joints, now that I’m in my 20s I can afford the shoes from that era.

I started watching sneaker videos when I was 12 and Jumpmanbostic and franalations were the two people in KZfaq I would watch the most. Bostic is as sneakerhead as it gets when it comes to the “Love of the Game” 🧏🏾♂️. If you’re gonna buy one specific brand, go all out if that’s what you love most. Ima 90s basketball sneakerhead. I could barely walk and talk when a lot of those sneakers were popular. But I always took a liking to the time I was born in when it came to fashion and kicks. I think my birth year (95) had the best line up 🤷🏾♂️.

I so miss my Armed Forces 1s. My Dad was on special assignment in San Antonio, TX. I think it was Footlocker that granted active Military Service member first dibs on those Jordan 1s. It's one of the top 5 best gifts my Dad ever got me.
