Douglas Maxwell Tepper isn't a collector, he's a thief. He regularly requests 50% partials from sellers after already paying criminally low prices and threatens them if they do not give him what he wants. He also regularly scams people on Instagram and Facebook.

I believe what amazed me the most is that he said he had only been collecting for a year and a half. He must have a good job lol.

Doesn’t own any prize cards from SJCS, YCS, or WCS so no it isn’t the most expensive collection. A single PSA 10 crush card virus is worth more than $50k to the right collector. No doubt that is a disgusting collection though considering they’re all first eds NM condition.

the guy who has this binder is listed as a scammer in the community. i believe he was/is known for buying raw cards from people for an agreed upon price, only to change the terms of the agreement once he receives the card. he abuses paypal's buyer protection while at the same time abusing his knowledge and the seller's lack of knowledge on how it all works with refunding / returning / etc. really sad guy
