Dont think so the gearing seems to be right, you cant here the engine rev up or down when he is on the dry spot. He is only at 1/3 throttke

Full Hydraulic Steering is not road legal basically everywhere. With massive tires like that it's usually the easiest/best way to steer said tires. Guess what steering this thing has?

I grew up going mudding in a full size bronco and jeeps, now we dont get to go for free in the fields like we use to because so much land has been bought. Now we go to off road parks for mudding and we all have jeeps and cant go down any trails because people like this guy. We are on 36s 37s amd 38s but everything is so rutted out you might as well be on 28s. It has forced all of us to start rock crawling more often now, it sucks because i live in Houston and its nothing but mud parks, all the rock parks are 4 hours or more from me.
