WORLDS FASTEST RC CAR!!!! 219MPH

Жыл бұрынSCORCHED PARTS RC smashed previous record this week weighing in with a huge 216mph through the official ROSSA speed traps at Llanbedr and backed up with a 219mph GPS reading.
Thanks to the ROSSA family and the wider Speedrun Family - none of us do this on our own.
This is a Scorched Parts made Chassis and body using the mighty Arrma Limitless V2 as a starting base. We design and manufacture a huge array of parts for Arrma and Hobao cars - and we test them to the MAX! There's nothing we make that we wouldn't run in our cars. We design and make what we want and need, and then share with our customers.

Absolutely incredible, congrats man. Of all the aspects of the RC car hobby, the speedrun crew has been Absolutely incredible to watch and learn from. If you kissed 219, then that means we're all the closer to the legendary 220. I can't wait to see the day it happens and who does it.

Wow! Watching Kevin Talbot's videos, I didn't think this was going to happen with driveshafts and differentials. Now I don't know why I thought that! I guess because the 202mph one that held the record for the last decade or so had that crazy belt drive system.

It certainly looks much, much slower from the high up driver's view than from the ground level view. On ground level, as in many other videos, the car whizzes by so fast that it's just a blur. From this higher view, it looks closer to about 134MPH, as if the clocking was reading KPH instead of MPH. Congrats dude!.

I can't think of any world record that's easy to beat. Raz seems determined to get it. As much as I like Kevin Talbot I think he has so many things going on at one time that a part time effort may not be enough. With that said he has a much better chance at it then I do.
