Very impressive and world class strength. Luke couldn't pick it up and he held it longer than Tom so that's not his limit. Luke is a multiple time WSM finalist and Europe's strongest man two years ago. This is an exceptional feat of strength by itself but is even more exceptional when factoring his body composition and the fact he never competed in strength sports.

Gotta remember, he's almost seven foot, so he's got proportionately big hands/long fingers which go a long way to addressing the grip issues posed by the thick bar. He may lack in size compared to these guys, but he also does train a lot with Thor. Impressive no matter how you look at it.

its NOT stronght its leverage. fun fact skinny people are stronger at the deadlift than fat people within reason. all physics. as bar closer to body can get way more leverge. if father has huge hands guess 3 times more easy than someone wiht normal size hands. as instead being able to tap into your full strength just ie 33% of strenght availabe. i would like to see a normal size bar used end unfiar advantage to any. but this is a scam done by thor as deliberately picked a bar he knew his father had a unfair advantage too.
