Contract is not a issue but main issue is discipline and respect for each player ,how small or a big one may be. Any team which lacks discipline does not deserve contract . They should be paid on performance of each match. For winning and loosing cause match should be on that parameter. If you loose poorly ,50% of match fee should be deducted And for a win 100% match fee should be given. This parameter should be based on quality of opponents. If any visting team sends a C team , PCB should be ready with C team so that new comers will get chance and big guns should enjoy family gatherings. If any team vists with proper squad then all big players should play but match fee should be on performance based . Current pak players dont deserve contract and should be free to play leagues like WI team. If PCB thinks thier service is valuable,then call them or if it feels that players performance is already diwn the scale ,no need to call , instead give chance to new comer. This is best way to break thier arrogance and indiscipline. BTW PCB is not interested to search new raw talent , as it is busy in political adventures So for them it is easy to pick from third class PSL. Now question is who will fix PCB If PCB itself is a house of errors then it is RIP pak cricket. Because earlier it was said they will NOT be part of the squad considered to play against Bangladesh, and PCB will be trying out young players from the Domestic Circuit. Even heard that Shaan Masood does not want these 3 players in his team. So if they are NOT giving NOC and also NOT to be part of the squad, then PCB has something to answer about what are they doing. If they want to try young players then at least let the 3 take part in those league matches otherwise they will be forced to play these 3 and youngsters may have to wait a little longer.

Don't be an advocate of player power. They should feel the heat of their actions. leagues NOC should be bound with domestic matches and performance in international matches.
