You really need to have a talk with these boys and their hot dogs and buns mold systems. Drives my ADHD up the feckin wall. I don't think they have a mold and tail mold set that you can match up in under 5 rounds....

The Chameleon was my favorite. That was cool how you could make the laminate & different color tails also. You do some great bait making. Thanks for sharing your talents. The double stroke rolls are tight also. I'm a percussionist also.

One thing I've learned is to tank/water test my colors. What they look like out of the water is not always what they look like in the water. Some colors change, or become more opaque under water. Especially pearls and color shifts.

New to your page and new to pouring. I’m getting a concave effect on the back of my 5 inch open pour Swimbaits. Also do you pre heat your injections molds before injecting them and if so to what temperature. Totally love your channel and thank you in advance. Rick

Always love the vids, but the one thing i never can wrap my head around is how to rig something this big, but also how a fish would engulf something like that :D I imagine a 5 aught hook or something. Here in NorCal its mainly river and some lake fishing, Bollards Bar and stuff.

Well a 6" drop shot worm is tiny...we fish 10"-13" worms for bass all the time...

texas rigged with a 4/0 or 5/0 offset round bend worm hook. If I'm not fishing heavy cover I'll use a EWG of the same sizes. Fish eat prey head first, so they're almost always going to attack the hook end, regardless of how big the worm is.

You might be able to tell me. There was a worm with a flat sided "bubble tail" that looked exactly like that one but it was ribbed. I haven't been able to find them for years but osprey use to have them in some of their ads back in the day.. side note: totally coming to the seminar. I'm about half hour north of clearwater

I have a wierd question: First off I had a educational experience of learning how important scent is to fish. Too long of a story to detail here...........My question is, how would you go about adding a scent to the plastic? How is it done in the large manufacturing facilities? Some of my worms say they have a coffee scent. How would i do that with a scent of my own choosing?

Believe me they tried...the head of the bait was gonna be different..still though..most home bait makers aren't running vices..a decision they had to make to keep the worm as-is
