The BMC demolished the illegal part of a Juhu bar in Mumbai on July 10, which allegedly served liquor to BMW hit-and-run accused Mihir Shah. Mihir Shah is the son of Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah. This action followed after the Mumbai Police searched and sealed the bar on July 9. The incident involved a BMW crashing into a scooter in Worli on July 6, injuring rider Pradeep Nakhawa and killing his wife, Kaveri. Mihir Shah was brought to the Sewri court in Mumbai on July 10.
