How Travis Scott didn’t get charged with gross negligence for that festival is proof that the law doesn’t apply to rich people.

Gross negligence would make it so that prosecutors would have to prove even willful (intentional) misconduct. That’s would be extremely risky to prove. In general (rich or poor) gross negligence has such a high burden of proof you don’t most see people charged.

Jenna had the only apology that was good. She admitted to the mistakes she made early on in her KZfaq career and owned up to them 100%. She even showed snippets of what she did for context incase people who didn't know. She hasn't shown her face on KZfaq since. She apologised, meant it and dipped. Almost every other apology video has people just kind of skirt around the issues and they never admit or own up to anything? They essentially just say "Sorry I got caught". They always apologise for the fact people SAW what they did... Not for their actions

I think an apology through a poem would be a really sweet idea… if it were between two people in real life. Like I know some people who have trouble opening up about their emotions and how they feel and they find it easier to do it through art. So I do think conveying your feelings through a poem would be nice, but not on social media. Maybe between two people who care about each other irl ❤😂

Not to mention notice Travis Scott had that black and white filter on in his apology. He literally thought bout putting that filter on as an attempt to make his apology a little more distressing then it really was. Kinda take away the sincere in his apology but why wasn't James Charles and Mini Ladd in the list? In my opinion I think the top 2 worst apologies are James Charles and Mini Ladd. Mini Ladd said he was going to lay everything out on the table but yet he cut out parts of screenshots that he sent to minors on Snapchat and also he deleted his apology videos both apology videos so that definitely took away his sincere James Charles literally just did his make-up the whole time while he was apologizing in his video and although he said he was going to be more cautious and ask for IDs he somehow still ended up with a 17 year old

People dont know how to apologize. Some people don't even want to because they don't truly see the harm they may have caused. Some people just don't care. One thing I hate about social media is how people who have absolutely nothing to do with their time, go searching for old comments of certain people. Then they repost to show for the whole "selective outrage community" to see. Then people are so offended and they get "canceled." This is a typical sheep mindset. I don't think there's one person on the planet that hasn't said or thought some foul shit in our past. Peoples views can change over time with education and self reflection. Some people really do grow from our ignorance. But this whole cancel culture has people using that selective outrage to get people to apologize for shit they don't need or want to apologize for. Like Dee said, apologizing for your beliefs isn't going to change them. Its just going to get you to think about who you can and can't say them to. For the most part it's really stupid. Another thing I hate is how social media has become so fucking censored. What the fuck happened to free speech? Now you can't say shit on social media because they'll fine you or take your page away. That shit is dumb. Saying things like suicide or sexual assault, child porn or anything of that nature isn't going to stop those thing from happening. So what's the fucking point?

Its not about that. Everyone involved in that show has to take accountability including the performer. If you truly care about your fans then you'll do your part. From where he was standing he could see but he was high af and wouldn't have been cognizant of what was truly taking place. I will say in his defense though that once people started to panic there wouldn't have been much he could do personally except to tell people to let those ambulances through. The whole thing was a shitshow and had everyone had their shit together maybe less people would have died. Maybe no one would have died.

Honestly, I think it's just fake outrage and the people are following everyone else instead of thinking for themselves...(Welcome to social media) Also, Have you ever done a performance on stage? At night/in a dark club or room? I tell you this, you wouldn't know half of the shit going on in the background. Now times that by 10 with loud music and lights while trying to perform in front of this crowd. I've been through maany different performances it's not easy to know wtf is going on. Like you said it's not much he could've done if people are acting a fool. no different from if people are fighting/shooting in a club while you perform. What can you really do when everyone is panicking?

As someone who had covid and struggled to breathe, I can't even imagine what being in a crowd and struggling to breathe would do. I'm honestly surprised more people didn't die. I'm thankful for that.
