Guess what. I saw my first sketch yesterday. Not kidding. Must have found the one bad sketch years ago and just dismissed them or something. First i saw was the "gay" in the courtroom. How many sketches are left ? Seems like they've been doing this for a loooong time.

There is another skit show that's funnier, it's called Chappelle Show and it's not only funnier, but it started the genre, and this show is just a PG version rip-off of it. I'm just saying, check the OG show out and you'll bust your gut laughing.

In the guy with the neck brace sketch, I noticed the censor bleep is actually mixed into the audio like it's part of the setting. You can still hear the chatter over the bleep, and it really keeps the immersion from being broken by such an invasive sound. Really great subtle technique there!

I understand that pain from key in a neck brace/halo. That's exactly how everything feels pain wise after having a spinal fusion. Even trying to drink something from a cup is very painful. Don't get me started on trying to wipe your butt after pooping! Impossible without help. The pain is real. 😂 😂 😂

The ok sketch is a great representation of how language is essentially just connotation with added meaning mixed in. How we understand speech has way more to do with inflections than the words themselves (kind of obvi but just thought it was interesting to point out)

Fun fact. 200ish years ago, rich , educated people made a game out of replacing letters with letters that sound the same, then abbreviating them. “All Correct” became “Oll Korrect” abbreviated “OK”

Hey I use to be one of those Americans that hated on Mexicans until I went to the army. I grew up in construction work so it was easy to be angry about a people doing the job I did for half the price. Anyways out of the 300 of us in basic training about 150 of them where Mexican. Some knew just enough English to be In the military. Anyways that completely changed the way I seen them.
