So glad I watched this. Want to take my 3 month old and 2.5 year old in May and was highly considering the boardwalk because of recent updates and closeness to the parks but yeh the pool area doesn’t look great for younger kids and I very much want to prioritize a resort stay over park hopping.

Tooootally agree with your reasoning for these! The pool area is a huge factor for little ones 🙌🏼 We did Coronado with Ellie at 14 months, but I can see how a 2 or 3 year old may get bored in that splash pad area quick.

Our girls are water bugs so that’s a big part for us. Staying at a Disney Resort is better than not but some just have a little more than others.

I would think Old Key West would be one of the worst because most of the buildings dont have elevators only stairs. I won't stay there for that fact and I dont do stairs that well anymore, I cant imagine with kids and a stroller.

We’ve been lucky enough to always get our first floor request but that’s definitely not always possible. I just wish all of the DVC rooms were the size of Old Key West, that would be amazing for kiddos.

We stayed at Coronado with our 14 month old last summer and while we loved our stay there I can completely understand why you named that one. We’ve also stayed at All Star Sports and that is hands down my least favorite resort and you’re 100% correct about the smell and the noise. I just felt like sports was just not magical at all and my whole family and I said we will never stay there again. I kept trying to be positive about our stay at Sports and was telling myself we saved money but in all honesty I would have rather spent more and stayed somewhere else.

We love staying at Disney Resorts but some are just more fun than others for sure. We have definitely been there with a few resorts! Sometimes it's worth a little extra to stay where you will be happy and comfortable.

Hi! I found you and I love your videos. We are going on Oct 2022 with 2 toddlers. We can be at the park and go back to the hotel so babies can take a nap and then go back to the park?

Yay! You guys are going to have so much fun! Yes, you are able to go back to your resort for a break and then return to the same park.
