It don’t have to be blind buying. I have bought several things from him and also won things and they come messed up or half empty. He does not care at all. Customer service is horrible and he will not replace anything.

@@gigisnailsvegas you’re right! Customer service could definitely be better. The website is also very hard to navigate & if you pick the wrong item they don’t exchange them. Need to invest in the site & upgrade. I ordered the bubble gum gel in clear & when I received it, it had all oozed out. I had to call & speak to someone. After going back & forth they finally handled the issue. I also think all the old inventory should not be sold. If it is he should mark it way down

When he had his sales, the boxes were way over priced. I knew I was better off just picking what I liked! You can be mad him but to make a shitty comment about USA isn’t cool at all….. I’m new tot his mail world and have only recently made only my 2nd order with ENC. I use PP because I’ve seen so much crap from him and his company. Unfortunately he has great products 😢I’m sorry this happened to you. There’s something off with Max and seems like he’s hasn’t learned much over the years!

Yea It was my first and last time purchasing from USA Enailcouture I never said anything personal about usa 🇺🇸 as I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 I only really did this for some of my viewers who had asked me too and I thought it would be fun as I love the mystery boxes from here so I thought the USA enail 🇺🇸 ones would be even better because they have so much stuff we don’t get here . Never did I even think something like this would happen . Definitely a lesson learned and again no one is singling out usa 🇺🇸 in general !! I just said I’ll never purchase from enail USA again ! I made that very clear multiple times 👂👂!!! I also am half American so you can relax with all that extra mess 🤣 this has nothing to do with usa personally this is about enail !

Aww hun I am so sorry you had to go through this especially with it being from your favourite brand as well as I know that makes it sick even worse than if it was just a brand you liked in general. ENC is one of my favourite brands as well and i know I would be devastated if this happened to me and like I say especially with it being ENC. But as well the fact that you are due to give birth as well, my heart just breaks for you hun. It’s totally not fair and not right. You have spent sooooooooooooooooooo much money with this brand you would think that they would want to look after a customer as loyal as you or you would hope at least anyways. So if this can happen to such a loyal customer like you then I am really scared for the rest of us. I know I have spent a lot of money on ENC products. Even when everyone was bashing them a few years back I still continued to buy from them like I know you did as well. So it just sucks that when customers who stick with a brand even through the rough times get shown no loyalty in return. Originally I was buying their products from the UK distributor as I live in the UK (obviously lol) but when they shut down I’ve had to start buying from the US site an now I have to pay a ton in taxes an shipping. Like no joke most times the shipping an taxes will be the same amount as my order. But would do it coz I love the brand so much. But this just really scares me coz normally when you have shown a brand so much loyalty when something like this happens they look after you to no end. (Tbh I’ve even dealt with one brand that I had an issue with some products in my order and it was only my second time ordering from them and they went above and beyond to make it right). I’ve also had issues with a brand that I have spent quite a lot on (not as much as I’ve spent on ENC stuff as like I’ve mentioned with them being one of my fav I’ve easily spent in the thousands with them) and they also went above an beyond to sort the issue out. Which is what you hope went you spend so much money with a brand an support them etc etc. an tbh that’s just how it should be regardless anyways. I really hope max ends up reaching out an fixing this. As you have easily got to be one of his most highest paying customers. So for this to happen to you just blows my mind. I know exactly what you mean about those that live in the US also an who receive PR from him. So just wanted to add that also. I’m waffling on now so sorry about this long ass comment I’m just literally so shocked an so gutted for you on so many levels. 1, because this just sucks as is. 2, because it’s ENC 3, because ENC is your fav brand and you have spent thousands upon thousands on them & 4, because you’re pregnant also and not only are you pregnant but you’re about to give birth. My heart literally could not break anymore if it tried. I’m just so so so sorry this happened hun. I just can’t get over as well the products you received. The whole time I was watching I was just thinking how is this real. How are you receiving these items. 6+ yrs old gels, dirty grimy bag/case thing. Etc etc. no way did those items you got come to $199 let alone $400 which is what the value is meant to have been. Is that right? Did they see a picture of everything you got. I know you said you told them about your issue but did they get to see a picture an just how little there was. Like it’s bad enough the stuff you got was old an damaged but you hardly even got anything when it was meant to be a $200 box with an even higher value inside. And if they did. Are you able to say what they actually told you in response. I know that basically they just said F U. If you don’t want to say that’s totally ok an I totally understand. I’m just curious as to what their response was if they saw what you actually got. (Or even if they didn’t see a pic) Ok ok I’m gonna shut up now as I don’t even know if YT will let me post this comment as it’s gonna that long 😂 which again sorry about that. I am also an ENC fan have been for years. BUT THIS IS PURE BS I’ve heard that several companies use mystery boxes to offload unsold products. In fact At Christmas with all the mystery I noticed so many brands saying specifically “not unsold product”. This has to stop companies should be called out for this. I’ve been lucky and always had them take care of business. The letter you received is just unprofessional AF. No one should ever talk to a customer like that. I’m so sorry this has happened to such a sweet person. 6 year old product IS NOT OK. that last purple one with the bent brush is disgusting 🤮

I know it was actually disgusting 🤢 the whole experience was very upsetting and products was beyond me . I had reached out to the company and they seemed to not care and took my code away in the USA and gave it to a different Canadian girl instead . and never offered to fix this situation! I have since moved on to other brands who respect their clients and want to make them happy regardless . Everyone knows I was such a supporter of them . But I’ve found other cute stuff .

That’s a great question love as I would never do that to someone who literally has everything from me if I was a company.I use their products for Everything atm . I had switched all my friends from acrylic to 123 go products . But yes eventually I will transition back to acrylic nails and find other full cover gel products to use 💅🏽 after I have the baby . Also I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 and this was from USA this box 🇺🇸 and I’ve never had a issue with enail Canada wich is I know still connected to USA and same owner ! but they are on their own kinda if that makes sense . But like I said once I find an alternative for these products I will venture away . As this has been so hurtful that I really have no choice but to do so at this point ! I appreciate your question 💕

Sometimes with sales their packaging is skimpy. I got a couple broken bottle brush tips cause they put some of my polishes in a box without bubble wrap. It makes me wanna find alternatives seriously.

Omg I know Tanya my feeling we’re definitely disregard and no one cared on cs end of things .I did email the company and was told if I don’t like how it’s resolved to find a different company to shop with that can better meet me needs and expectations! So I know where I stand now and they clearly dont want to make anything right at enail usa 🇺🇸 so I’m taking my L and moving on . I know a few other people who were very disappointed with Enail as well. I love Enail (like you), but our Australian store has now closed down. They were a great store. I'm loathe to buy from USA, as I've heard too many bad stories about them. I might try Canada. I'm sorry this happened to you.

I just purchased the mini mystery box and I wanted to exchange them for Scoops . I watched KZfaq vids in unboxing and I realized that I’m not gonna get the bang for my buck . They told me they couldn’t change the order. I haven’t received the box yet, but I’m very curious of what it’s gonna look like.

I have seen a few videos on this brand. I trust my gut and as much as the price was perfect for me here in the US, I did not purchase and I am glad I did not. The gels I have in different brands do not have exp dates and I did not know they could. It is just unacceptable that they did this and if they do not fix it for you and anyone else, I hope there is something you all can do. I am so truly sorry! I am starting to get monthly sub boxes to unbox on my channel and hope this never happens to me >< That is not worth what you paid AT ALL. It bothers me that they send you crap and expired product then they take you off a list of theirs. They are trying to get away with making a mistake and do not want anyone else to know. I hope everyone sees this video and they suffer from it.

I have the gel mystery box in my cart and am scared i will get expired polish. I just became a customer and my first order was packaged well and clean. This is the second $199.00 box that was basically the exact same amount of products and came dirty. Their bag had polish all over it too. This is sad. I would cry if i lost that much money, i would never be able to replace the products.

@@lady_v_nails yeah, i felt awful for you. Mine did come and i did get very lucky. All of mine were fine and they send nine more than the box stated. I am wondering if yours had an extreme temperature exposure during the carrier process or warehouse storage. Those looked like they had something serious happen to them. My regular orders have all been new and clean items, but i would be so turned off if that had happened to me. I wish they would let us pay the couple dollar add on for insurance that a lot of indie brands use. They just switched to a shopify site and it is much easier to navigate now. If it’s even the smallest issue they have always made it right . So that’s why I said this was a isolated issue with enc in USA 🇺🇸 they dismissed me like I was nothing and no one to them wich made it hurt 😞

I didn’t even ask for a refund . if they had even offered me a new mystery box or more products to make up for this pathetic box of expired dirty stuff, and apologized for this I’d feel better ❤️🩹 but to tell me if I don’t like how it’s resolved Maby I should find somewhere else to shop that can better meet my needs and expectations was just another slap to the face . I’ve been such a huge supporter and advocate for them it’s unreal it to mention all the money I’ve spent with thier company . Then took my usa code away due to this situation wich only affected my usa viewers ! The whole thing clearly is horrible . I never asked anyone to stop supporting them . It’s to each their own individually.I do appreciate your support and love 💕 that means a lot to me . I’m a genuine honest person and was a huge fan of this company . I’ve definitely received janky products in those boxes and I got the cream puff base coat and it is absolute trash. It’s lumpy, separated and no amount of shaking is fixing it. Their cs just told me separating is normal and to mix it. Maybe I should try to order from Canada instead.

The only thing about Canada is that you would Maby have to ask for certain items to be brought in . Our selection is very limited. It’s definitely hard to see all the new products be launched in the USA enail that we never receive 😞 I’ve said it many times in my videos how they have a better selection then us ! But what I can say about the customer service here in Canada 🇨🇦 enail is I’ve always been taken care of they have never made me feel less and not important as a paying customer. So in that department I’m always happy 😃 they do their best to make everyone happy ! My code works in Canada 🇨🇦 Victoria10 as far as I know 🤦🏽♀️

I love enailcoutoure too and have gotten expired products from them but they were freebies - couldnt imagine getting them if I paid. One thing I found with enailcouture😂 is that they dont handle issues with products properly and it starts with Max. I agree with you 100% not worth $100 dollars

So I didn’t stress the baby out .
