Just because he has one good trait, does not mean he has every other quality needed to succeed Bob's a funny guy, yeah mostly - Good supporting cast, and makes Mark's content and others better - Not necessarily great solo or for things other than just existing such as editing or titles or thumbnails etc etc - If he was, he'd be seeing success himself, if not to the same generation defining level as Mark

Jack's audio is so weird, it's as if the boundaries where his mic works are really small, so that whenever he's loud or quiet we never hear him. He's just so much quieter than everyone else.
