For those who haven't accompanied for that piece, the Mozart rondo one is so painful - not because of the violinist, but because the VIOLIN starts that arrangement, not the piano. That's why he just stood there doing nothing; he was waiting to see if there was any hope of the accompanist stopping so he could start the piece properly. And there was no way to just jump in without the accompanist having to add a section, which seems unlikely given their already audible lack of attention to detail.

The first song I did in my first band was Wake Me Up When September Ends by Greenday, and I felt like a god playing the solo. We weren't very good though, but we were 14, and the main thing was we were playing music and having fun, and we got better. However, these ones are especially bad. There's no excuse for not tuning!
