India ink can actually be used for making tattoos on your own (i.e. the stick-and-poke method), so that's probably why it stained for so long

Hi Cristine! I was thinking about the scratch art one. If you put a top coat after the base colour(s), and then cover your nail in black acrylic paint, you'll be able to scratch it. You've shown us the toothpick trick a few times, so I think it might work.

If you want to do the scratch off thing, put the background on and the topcoat next, then the acrylic paint. It should work since you're able to scratch off paint normally.

For the nude mermaid ones, you can paint the base a sheer polish, put the triangle thing on, put some opaque black polish on, then put the mermaid vinyl on, then dab some holo, then peel the mermaid vinyl off, then peel the triangle off. (Like so Cristine can see this)
