I stay in The Carrington House Hotel owned by Britannia Hotels and it's the 13th consecutive year the chain has been voted the worst in the Uk.
It's received some terrible reviews on Tripadvisor, BUT is it as bad as the reviews say? Let's find out!

I have stayed here and reviewed this Hotel on my KZfaq channel and I agree it's not as bad as the reviews but one thing I didn't like about this hotel was the Hotel smell outside in corridors as it smelt like a hospital and because of the smell it kinda made me feel like I was in a hospital. No I wouldn't stay here again but I would just for a video to see if it's improved or got worse 😕 Apart from that I have subscribed to your channel as I really enjoyed this video.

Granted but they can be steam cleaned on a regular basis for Hygiene purposes no excuse for a filthy mattress

I don't understand why some people are saying rude things about you. But I think your video is great and you showed your view of how you saw this hotel. I think it's a great video I think you're a great presenter keep up the good work. And thank you for taking these trips so that we don't have to.

Like you say it's okay for folks on a budget we need to remember Britannia Hotels is catering for the bottom end of the market mainly people on coach trip packages if you want 5 star standards then you need to pay 5 star prices. Although it gets bad reviews on trip advisor I bet come the summer season they have a very high occupancy rate just remember the old saying no publicity is bad publicity and Britannia Hotels is doing very well I stayed at their Burstin Hotel in Folkstone once in November and it was full and that place has over 500 rooms so they must be doing something right.

Yeah, they’re not doing too bad. Although, a few of have been closed down now and turned into other buildings. But some are going strong. Can’t see the Royal Bath closing down anytime soon. It’s a grab hand hotel. I’ve done another Britannia that’ll be up in a couple of weeks, and I was quite shocked to be fair! Appreciate the support :) have a great day!
